Droke Photography creates portrait and headshot images that may be used to showcase the photographer’s work.
This notice explains how images may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes.
Portfolio Use
Photographs created during sessions may be selected by Droke Photography for use in:
The Droke Photography website portfolio
Social media platforms
Promotional materials
Studio marketing and advertising
Educational or instructional materials
These uses allow potential clients to see examples of the style, lighting, and quality of work produced by Droke Photography.
Client Consent
Clients may be asked to sign a model release agreement that grants permission for photographs to be used for portfolio and promotional purposes.
Model releases are common practice within the photography industry and help photographers present their work publicly.
Respect for Client Preferences
Droke Photography understands that some clients may prefer not to have their images used publicly.
If a client prefers to keep their images private, they may request this in writing prior to or after their session.
We will always make reasonable efforts to respect client privacy requests.
Image Integrity
Images used in the Droke Photography portfolio represent real clients and authentic sessions. Photographs will not be used in ways that misrepresent the subject or portray them negatively.
